1. Overview & The Everframe Standard
Everframe offers bespoke, made-to-order framed artwork produced using museum-grade archival materials. Every commission is governed by The Everframe Standard, which includes a mandatory 12-Point Studio Inspection prior to shipment to ensure your piece arrives as a permanent tribute. Continued use of this site constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Custom Orders & Final Sale

Bespoke Production: Because each Everframe is handcrafted to your specific archival requirements, all orders are considered Final Sale once production has begun.

Cancellations: Orders may be modified or cancelled only before they enter the production phase. Once production commences, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.

Discretion: We reserve the right to refuse or limit orders in cases of suspected fraud or technical errors.
3. Materials & Representation

Natural Variations: Everframe utilizes premium, solid wood materials. You acknowledge that natural grain patterns, wood character, and slight texture variations are inherent to these high-end materials and are not considered defects.

Display Accuracy: We strive for perfect representation, but variations in color or scale may occur due to differences in screen calibrations and viewing environments.
4. Arrival Excellence Guarantee
We provide white-glove peace of mind for every shipment through our Arrival Excellence Guarantee.

Claim Window: Should your order arrive with any damage from transit, you must contact our concierge team within 7 days of delivery.

Documentation: To qualify for a complimentary replacement, you must provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the item and the external packaging.

Resolution: Once reviewed, Everframe will prioritize a replacement at no additional cost to you.
5. Pricing & Payments

Currency: All prices are listed in US dollars.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Adjustments: Everframe reserves the right to update pricing or offerings at any time; however, these changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
6. Intellectual Property
All content—including branding, the "Everframe Standard" terminology, imagery, and designs—is the exclusive property of Everframe and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability

Archival Longevity: While we use museum-grade materials, Everframe is not liable for degradation caused by environmental factors (e.g., direct sunlight, extreme humidity, or improper hanging) after delivery.

Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everframe’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product.
