It started with Scoops.
When we moved back to the US after ten years in London, we lost Scoops — my dog of fifteen years and a constant through nearly every chapter of my adult life.
I wanted something worthy of him. Not a novelty portrait or something that felt like it came from a gift shop. I wanted something that felt like real art — beautifully made, using exceptional materials, and designed to live naturally alongside everything else in my home.
I searched everywhere.
I couldn't find it. So I built Everframe.
I believed there was room for something better.
The world doesn't need more novelty dog portraits. I wanted to create something with the permanence, materials and attention to detail of traditionally framed fine art — made for people who care as much about what they put in their homes as they do about the dogs who share them.
That idea became Everframe.

Around the same time Everframe was taking shape, Cooper came into our lives.

Where Scoops had been beside me for fifteen years, Cooper arrived with an entirely new personality — spirited, curious, occasionally chaotic, and impossible not to love.
Together, they came to represent what I wanted Everframe to be about.
Remembering the dogs we've lost, but also celebrating the ones who are still right beside us.
