We currently ship within the United States and provide tracking information once your order has shipped.
Custom Product Policy
Every Everframe portrait is custom created from a customer-submitted photograph and is never pre-made or mass-produced.
Because of the custom nature of our products, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges once production has begun.
If you need to request a cancellation or adjustment, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Requests can only be accommodated before production starts.
Refunds
Refunds are available only in the following circumstances:
• The item arrives damaged in transit
• There is a verified production defect
In these situations, we will review the issue and arrange for a replacement. Refunds may be issued at our discretion if a replacement is not possible.
We do not offer refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect photo selection
• Minor color or brightness variations due to screen display differences
Arrival Issues
We take great pride in our craftsmanship, but we understand that accidents can happen during transit. If your portrait arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at concierge@shopeverframe.com
While we do not accept general returns for our custom, made-to-order portraits, we will gladly accept the return of any defective item for a full replacement or a full refund. To expedite the process, please include:
